Very odd and uncomfortable experience. Religious images everywhere, including the ceiling above the patient chair along with religious music playing the entire time. And I mean everywhere. Dentist spent very little time on the cleaning, then had an assistant give me pointers on how to brush my teeth that contradicted modern dental practices as outlined by the American Dental Association. He said he could put a metal cap on my tooth if I wanted to close the gap between my back teeth to prevent food getting stuck, because he believed that the white/clear fillers accepted by every other dentist didn’t work. Seemed to be stuck decades behind modern dentistry, and unwilling to adjust with updates research and practices. Not sure how he’s still in business, or why he thinks it’s acceptable to turn his office into a religious center.

I had a very badly cracked tooth the day before Christmas Eve in 2024. I called Dr. Blidy's office. They scheduled me for an appointment on Christmas Eve. I was so shocked that they took care of me on the holiday. They were kind to do it. I've been going to Dr. Blidy for over 50 years. I started going there when I was a young kid. I trust him. I've heard of so many people who go to other dentists who are getting told they need service when they really don't. Dr. Blidy has always been very fair, honest and gentle.
